When will I receive my order?

After the order received, Goldgega will ship you items with secured courier. The delivery would take up to 3 working days for domestic and up to 7 working days for the overseas. Some remote areas in certain countries may incur Outside Delivery Area (ODA) charges. Extra charges will apply to delivery cost.

How do I track my order status?

You will receive the email once the payment is successful, and the ‘Air waybill’ will be issue through email for you to tracking via the 3-Party-Logistics providers (3PLs) website.

How can I cancel my order?

Contact us directly via email or phone call. You may be charges if the items have sent off to the destination.

How do I return an item?

We offer 'Return Service' for only damaged jewellery pieces that due to the logistics. The service will only effective 7 days after you receive the items, please fill the ‘Claim Shipment’ forms and take the photos of damaged items as well as the package. The claim process normally takes 1-2 months to be approved depends on required document.

What are the payment methods?

For the best online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer (only available for shipment in Thailand). GoldGeGa accepts all major credit cards supported by VISA and MasterCard. Your card details will be protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

How can I know if my payment was successful?

An email notification of whether your payment was successful or not will be sent to you once you order has been confirmed.

How the products shipped overseas?

The items will be shipped via 3-party-logistics-providers by airfreight to the destination countries. The shipping would reach the destinations up to 7 working days. All items will be double packed and have insurance coverage rely on the value of the item.

What are the shipping rates and surcharges?

We offer the free global secured shipping services to your door step via our selected 3PLs. However, if shipping address at Outside Delivery Area (ODA), extra charges will incur. As well as ‘Saturday Pick-up’ will be extra charges for some area, please contact your local logistics provider once you receive the confirm email for further assistance.
